Either your tape wouldn’t come off the page, or your paper got torn. I discovered the best tape (not painter’s tape!) that comes off the paper easily. I am unique, just like a snowflake!
Materials Needed: Recollections Shimmer Silver Cardstock Paper, Blue Teacher’s Tape (Yes, it peels off the page!), White Washable Paint, Glitter (any kind), sponge
Step 1: Gather your supplies. Print your free snowflake template onto the cardstock paper. Next, cut three strips of teacher’s tape and stick them in a snowflake shape to the cardstock paper.
Step 2: Grab your paint and sponge. Dip the sponge into the paint and squish it all over the tape. You don’t need any special sponge for painting, you can cut up an old dish washing sponge you have handy. Sprinkle some glitter on top of the paint for extra fun!
Step 3: Peel off the tape! This part is the scariest because you think the tape’s not going to come off! Don’t worry, it does! Make sure you wait until the paint is 100% dry! Don’t use normal painter’s tape. Be sure to use blue teacher’s tape for arts and crafts. It peels off great!
