Have fun with this Free Printable Valentine’s Monster Craft for Preschool! Get ready to celebrate the season of love, or the season of monsters, or both! This craft is super fun for building fine motor skills and learning about the colors pink and red. And, guess what, there’s a cool series that you can read that goes along with this craft called, “Love Monster”. Print your free cutouts below!
Love Monster Craft for Pre-K
Materials Needed: love monster craft cutouts (print below), paper plate, pink paint/ pink Dot Dot markers/ pink tissue paper squares, glue stick, scissors
Step 1: Gather your supplies, then cover you paper plate in pink or red! There are so many ways to cover the plate. Use paint, markers, Dot Dots, tissue paper squares, or crayons. I decided to do sponge painting with red paint.
Step 2: Use scissors to cut out your Love Monster pieces. Use a glue stick to paste the pieces to the paper plate. Remember, you can add to your craft with monster stamps or heart stickers.
Step 3: Add your finishing touches! I decided to add some glitter to make my monster shimmer! Be sure to hang your monster somewhere that needs an extra bit of love!
