Step 1: Gather your materials! Print out your bat craft cutouts onto cardstock paper. Regular paper is too thin! Use a sponge to dab black paint all over the paper plate. This might be messy, but remember, it’s all about the process! Each person’s bat will be unique.

Step 2: Use scissors to cut out your bat craft cutouts. Next, use a glue stick and glue your pieces to the paper plate. Glue the two wings to the back of the plate and the rest of the pieces to the front. I’m a huge fan of googly eyes, so if you have some handy use them on your bat!

Step 3: Add some glitter to your bat’s face for some extra fun! Remember to ask your little ones questions while completing the craft. What color is a bat? Does a bat walk or fly? Have you ever seen a bat in person?
