This Letter T Craft for Preschool is chocked full of learning and fun! Print your activity onto cardstock paper. The background of the letter T template has teeth, turkeys. tents, and trumpets. Take a moment to name each picture you see in the background before you begin the activity. Use markers and crayons to color in the images on page 2. Color in the teapot, turtle, tree, and train!

Inside the letter T contains four shapes: circle, square, triangle, and rectangle. Have your little ones cut out the shapes on page two and match each picture to its same shape. Using scissors is a great way to build fine motor skills. Matching shapes is a great way to learn shape names and shape recognition. What else do you see in the room that begins with the letter T?

The T is for Tree Craft!
Materials Needed: cardstock paper, pom poms, Dot Dot markers, crayons, glue
The T is for Tree Craft is a classic! Print your tree template onto cardstock paper. Next, use a brown crayon to color in the tree trunk. Use a green Dot Dot marker to fill in you tree’s leaves. Finally, put your red pom poms onto your tree to represent your apples! There are several different ways to create your tree leaves. I decided to use Dot Dot markers, but you can also try fork painting, sponge painting, or pasting tissue paper.
Be sure to display your tree craft somewhere that needs a bit of cheer! Be sure to check out the Turtle Craft for Preschool and The Turkey Craft for two more great letter T crafts!

Letter T Activities for Pre-K
Use a Dot Dot marker to dot your letter T. Engage with a touch of social emotional learning by talking about the word, “thankful”. What does it mean to be thankful? Can you list 3 things that you are thankful for? Another way to use this sheet is to have your little ones place one fruit loop onto each gray dot. Laminate your printable to keep it long lasting!
The Alphabet Handprint Book can be a great end of the year gift for your little ones and their parents. Take a look at “T is for Turtle”. Use green paint for the handprints, a yellow marker for the sun, and a black sharpie to draw a shell. Be sure to use Washable Kwik Stix to add some colorful flourishes for fun.
