The Nutcracker Craft for Kids!
The Nutcracker is a magical ballet about a little girl named Clara who gets a special toy nutcracker for Christmas. On Christmas Eve, her nutcracker comes to life! Together, they go on an adventure filled with dancing snowflakes, the beautiful Sugar Plum Fairy, and the Land of Sweets. It’s a story full of music, dancing, and holiday magic! Check out this great Nutcracker clip to watch with your preschoolers!
Materials Needed: glue stick, scissors, markers, tissue paper squares, free cutouts
Step 1: Print your nutcracker cutouts onto cardstock paper. Next, use scissors to cut out your pieces.

Step 2: Use markers or crayons to color in your craft pieces. Next, use a glue stick to paste your cutouts to the paper plate.

Step 3: I added two Dot Dot cheeks to my nutcracker! Next, crunch up your tissue paper squares and paste them to the paper plate. Make your nutcracker’s hair as crazy as you want!
