The Letter N Craft for Preschool
This Letter A Craft for Preschool is chocked full of learning and fun! Print your activity onto cardstock paper. The background of the letter N template has noses, nails, newspapers, necklaces, and narwhals. Take a moment to name each picture you see in the background before you begin the activity. Use markers and crayons to color in the images on page 2. Color in the noodles, nest, notebooks, and net.

Inside the letter N contains four shapes: circle, square, triangle, and rectangle. Have your little ones cut out the shapes on page two and match each picture to its same shape. Using scissors is a great way to build fine motor skills. Matching shapes is a great way to learn shape names and shape recognition. What else do you see in the room that begins with the letter N?

The N is for Nest Craft!
Materials Needed: paper plate, cardstock paper, pastel paint, crayons, fork, glue, scissors
Have fun making your N is for Nest Craft for preschool! First, print your bird cutouts onto cardstock paper. Use markers and crayons to color in the birds, then cut out with scissors. There are lots of ways to color in your nest. You can use watercolors, markers, crayons, tissue paper squares, or try fork painting (that’s what I did!).
Glue your birds to the back of the paper plate, then add a couple of feathers for fun! Be sure to hang your nest craft somewhere that needs a bit of cheer! Remember, you can make this craft as easy as you want. If all you have is crayons, scissors, and markers, that’s really all you need!

Letter N Activities for Pre-K
Use a Dot Dot marker to dot your letter N. Engage with a touch of social emotional learning by talking about the word, “nice”. What does it feel like to be nice? How can you be nice to your friends and family? Can you be nice to people you disagree with? Another way to use this sheet is to have your little ones place one fruit loop onto each gray dot. Laminate your printable to keep it long lasting!
The Alphabet Handprint Book can be a great end of the year gift for your little ones and their parents. Take a look at “N is for Nest”. Use brown paint for the handprint, blue paint for three fingerprints, and a brown marker for the nest. Be sure to use Washable Kwik Stix to add some colorful flourishes for fun.
