Get ready for the Jesus Eggs Activity for Preschool (with Free Printable). The resurrection story can be hard to understand for such a young age, so I decided to make my own version of the Easter egg carton that I think is great for preschool. I use 6 eggs and focus on the love and beauty of Jesus with my favorite verses, rather than the specific resurrection story. Print your free verse sheet below!
Jesus Eggs Activity for Preschool
Materials Needed: 6 egg container, free egg printable, 6 plastic eggs, 1 cross, 1 heart, 1 sheep, 1 mini candle, soil, paper confetti
Easter Activity for Preschool
Print your free Jesus Eggs Activity printable onto cardstock paper. Tape the “Jesus Loves Me” page to the front of the carton, and the verses to the top of the inside. Each egg contains a different object: soil, sheep, confetti, cross, candle, heart. See the images below with each corresponding bible verse.

The bible verses focus on joy, peace, and care, which hopefully will have your little ones wanting to hear more and more about Jesus and why we follow in his ways.
