New Year’s Fireworks Process Art Activity

Check out a fun process art activity that you can do with your little ones to celebrate the New Year! This is one of my favorites! Make your own fireworks with marbles and paint! Everyone’s painting will be totally unique and brighten up the night sky!

Materials Needed: black construction paper, paint, marbles, a cardboard box

Step 1: Gather your supplies for your fireworks! Grab any box you have handy and place a sheet of black construction paper inside. Place small dots of paint onto the construction paper, then grab your marbles.

Step 3: Next, fill your roll with your filler! I decided to use pasta because I had it handy. You can also use rice, beads, or popcorn! See what you have in the cupboard. The smaller, the better! Finally, fold in the other side of the roll. Now, shake your shaker! Happy New Year!
